Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps us keep the network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Gregpsychology Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we look into the matter. That may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office, the state attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
